DWSim 
DWSIM is an open-source, steady-state chemical process simulator written in VB.NET. It has a HYSYS-like interface with many of the features present in commercial simulators:
- Thermodynamic models: Peng-Robinson, Soave-Redlich-Kwong, Lee-Kesler, UNIFAC, Ideal Gas;
